Passage 1 of 4
Bees make honey through a fascinating process. First, worker bees fly from flower to flower collecting nectar. They store the nectar in their special honey stomach. When they return to the hive, they pass the nectar to other bees through their mouths. These bees then fan the nectar with their wings to evaporate water. Finally, the bees seal the thick honey in wax cells for storage.
